This week's newsletter paragraph...

Another fabulous week in Class 2, dominated by our performance of Baa..Baa..Bethlehem! I was very impressed by all the children; they all performed and sang beautifully and I was very proud of them. Thank you for all your support of over the weeks in helping us to prepare for the main event. We have also enjoyed being an audience for the other classes’ performances! We have begun to think about the Christmas craft activities we will be completing next week – especially our calendars.  

Christmas is coming..

We are really getting into the swing of things with our Christmas production now. The class are learning the songs and are beginning to sound super. If you could help your child learn the words using their little song booklet, that would be really helpful. I hope you've all had managed to get some tickets for our shows and I look forward to seeing you there!

This week we were lucky enough to have a session with a golf coach, we all enjoyed trying our putting shots – some of us were really accurate! Our PE session helped us to keep thinking about how we keep healthy, we also did some great work about our bodies and activities to keep fit. In maths we have worked on graphs, we have drawn graphs and interpreted them too – there are some graphs for homework. This week we have introduced the homework book, as you complete homework please stick any sheets in the book to create a record of work over the course of the year. And this week you can help your child decorate their book!
